Cancellation Policy 

• Accommodation at Jan-Frederick is at the clients own risk; 
• Cancel 14 days or less before arrival, on day of arrival, during the stay, no show - full payment due; 
• Cancel 15 to 28 days before date of arrival - full 50 % deposit payable; 
• Cancel 28 and more days before date of arrival - refund of deposit;  
• Please note that ALL REFUNDS ARE SUBJECT TO A 15 % HANDLING FEE ON THE FULL BOOKING VALUE.  

Plett Rage Bookings Transport Notice

Note that Rage shuttles are not allowed into Brackenridge; please ensure that transport to and from Cape Robin Plett Self Catering is pre-arranged.
